Just got one of these new analog sticks adaptors and they are so good!! It clips on like a kontrol freak but offers a pivoting top section so your grip on the analog stick stay in the same position regardless of the angle you are pushing. It’s literally makes my tracking on FN and COD miles better. Just thought I’d share my experience.
DISCLAIMER: Gamesir sent me this controller for review for free, however, all thoughts and opinions are mine only and Gamesir doesn’t get an early preview and have no impact on it.

Not so long ago when I broke my Vader 4 Pro’s right dpad button I asked this community for somewhere to purchase replacement parts, and that was after only 6 months after I purchased it.
Now, I bought a Vader 5 Pro to replace my 4 Pro, only for it to break in LESS THAN ONE MONTH. The left dpad button has become mushy, and yet still inputs so it may be salvageable if I dig into it. I’m hoping the switch has shifted somewhat where it hits a thicker part of the membrane but honestly I hate that both of my Flydigi controllers that I LOVED broke on the same spots that I am most concerned of (i play input intensive fighting games). I hope I can fix it this time on my own 😞
edit: thank you for the replies. I broke into the controller and while nothing seemed wrong with the membrane, which i thought was the issue, the switch actually just turned to mush. I’d have to look for the same switch since now it actually just doesnt input anything unless I press really hard now.
I just purchased a Vader 5 Pro controller which I am loving, but just one day into using it I discovered that in Battlefield 6 I’m getting some weird buggy behavior.
Essentially when I press down the left stick (to click it as a button) it my weapon starts shooting (phantom left trigger pull)
I also noticed that the aim of the left stick is starting to go haywire randomly. You can see that clearly in this video post. Initially I thought it was server lag, but I have a 2 gb/s internet connection and there aren’t any packet issues on my end. Also no one else on the server seems to be looking or acting weird.
Is this a fault in the controller itself? Anyone with this controller have any suggestions?
I ran “TEST” on the Flydigi software and tried pressing the left joystick button a bunch of times but it never set off the left trigger, so it doesn’t seem to be a hardware issue… But I’m not certain.
Should I return it to Amazon and try to get …
Hello everyone!
I recently bought a Vader 5 Pro to play COD. Overall the controller feels great, but I’ve noticed something odd: I need to set a deadzone of 5 in‑game, otherwise my right stick slowly moves to the right on its own. It doesn’t happen constantly, but it’s frequent enough to be annoying. I can sometimes get away with a deadzone of 4, but even then the stick occasionally pushes very slightly to the right.
Here’s what I get on hardwaretester.com and Flydigi Station:

This appeared today but was just taken down. Seems like they re-designed the Travel Pack 4 to be more like a bigger AER City Pack Pro 2.
I have been trying to solve an imaginary problem for years now. With an ever changing set of carry needs based on what my camera setup might be, whether I need the big laptop or the small laptop or the iPad, am I worried about the weather or not, work stuff, one bag travel, do I need a day bag and a sling or just a sling or just a day bag, do I need to be inconspicuous, etc etc etc if you’re here, I’m sure yall know the struggle.
My first foray into the boutique bag market was the 5.11 tactical rush when that came out, maybe 12-14 years ago or so? I Kickstarter’d the Boundary Supply Prima, Wandrd Veer and Rogue 6L, tried to go full waterproof with Expedition Unit, and danced around the Peak Design 45L for far too long before acquiring it (today!). Some of these bags I will probably be posting in the sales thread, we’ll see.
Here’s the list:
Aer City Pack 2 and Day Sling in Ultra: excellent bags. Amazing organization, build quality, and Ultra is a great material. I wish I went w the …
Since my last bag post, I’ve been receiving tons of super useful suggestions and feedback from this sub.
I’ve been building bags and other gears for ages, and the recent bag was only one of the version of my previous build.
So this is the same bag as previous, but with bigger capacity and different use case; mostly ideal for urban carry..
This Sling Bag comes with 4.5L capacity and decent organization. The dead space is super negligible.
The backpack comes with 18L capacity and a cushioned mesh sleeve for laptops upto 16 inches.
Open to feedback, suggestions and questions.
I’ve been looking for a perfect sling for a long time and I now have quite a few, e.g. Bellroy Venture 2.5L, 6L and 9L and the EG CAS 2.
None of them really impressed me as a daily driver for my EDC, the 2.5L is too small, the 9L is too big, the 6L is actually good, but I was missing a small hidden pocket on the back and the 2.5L is unfortunately much too small. The CAS2 seemed perfect and I really like the organization, but it slips more than any other sling and looks a lot like a big banana around the chest.
After so many reviews I came across the Toshi 2.5L and I love it. I think my search for a perfect sling is over. I like the organization, how small it is when it’s not completely loaded and the fact that I can attach something like an umbrella underneath is also great.
Now I’m just waiting to see whether Rework will bring the 5L or 6L version with other materials onto the market this year and then I’ll jump on it straight away. :)

Following on from my initial and 3 month reviews.
I’ve been using the Aer City Pack Pro 2 (X-Pac version) primarily as a work bag, with regular overnight stays at my parents’ place and occasional 2–3 night business trips (paired with a carry-on suitcase). After solid real-world use, here’s my honest take.
What I Love:
Aesthetics & Design This bag looks sharp. Clean lines, minimal branding, and a structured silhouette make it equally at home in the office or walking into a client meeting. It strikes that perfect balance between professional and modern without trying too hard.
The X-Pac material gives it a slightly more technical look, with a bit of structure and visual texture. It definitely looks premium.
Build Quality The quality is genuinely excellent. The materials feel premium, the stitching is tight, and the zips are robust. It has that reassuring “overbuilt” feel that suggests it’ll last years.
Laptop Compartment (Great for Dual-Laptop Carry) The middle sleeve inside …
I have recently been tweaking and testing this small essentials pouch, which I pack in whichever crossbody bag I’m using. The pouch can be moved from bag to bag instead of packing these small things separately every time. I always have this pouch on me, whether it’s running errands at home, out for the day while traveling, or in my personal item under the seat. The idea is that these items should serve me only until I get back to my accommodation/home, and the consumables I top up from my main stash after I use them.
Contents:
- Hand sanitizer spray. I like the form factor of this one, and it’s refillable unlike other similar brands
- Colgate Wisps. This might be my most favorite and most overlooked “luxury” travel/EDC item. The feeling of clean teeth while out and about is unmatched, or on the plane when you don’t want to take out your toothbrush and bring potable water to the restroom. The tip can be used in place of floss
- Microfiber glasses …

Hello fellow one-baggers! Posting to add info about a bag I don’t see mentioned often in this community. I recently did a one bag trip with the Thule Aion 28L backpack, flying on Frontier. This bag has been my go to since I bought it a year ago - it has a double laptop sleeve, expansion capabilities, and fully opens like a suitcase. It’s heavy duty, well-padded, and so far my only complaint is that it is on the heavier side even when empty.
Anyways. This bag is compliant on most major airlines as a personal item, but on my trip home via Frontier, the gate agents made everyone size their bags in the bin. This bag is ONLY compliant with their sizing guidelines if it is not overstuffed, and not expanded. My bag was not expanded but was very full, I was only able to avoid the oversized bag fee by fitting as many of my belongings as possible into my coat pockets, and even then the bag was a tight fit.
I have been able to get this bag through the gate agent check on Frontier before without …
Just got back from Tokyo and Kyoto. The goal was to stay under 7kg to fly ZIPAIR without fees. Here is the breakdown of the tech pouch, which was honestly the heaviest part
Wins:
Uniqlo Airism tees (obviously).
Buying toiletries there instead of packing them.
Consolidating chargers. I ditched the stock MacBook brick. I brought one anker prime 160W charger and it charged my laptop, phone, and watch simultaneously every night. Saved so much space and charges 3 devices at 1 time.
Fails:
Bringing a physical book. Never opened it.
Too many socks. 7-Eleven socks are elite, just buy them there.
When Fossil Brown was announced there seemed to be a bit of a backlash from the community on here and other forums that basically boiled down to disappointment in EG picking a “safe” and “boring” color. Well, in today’s email I found this bit interesting. It does seem like their minimums are insanely high for these custom colors. I hope in the future this won’t be the case and we can see some more “interesting” options, but with this being the case, investing so much into custom fabric that could potentially flop seems like a pretty huge risk.
Debating which bag to get and these are the two that appeal to me the most. I love the material over the ctb and mpl options. I plan on mainly using for EDC and light travel. Out of these bags which do you prefer and why?
Does Evergoods ever have seasonal sales or offer any type of discount codes? I want to pull the trigger on a CTB and willing to wait to get a little savings. I thought presidents day might yield some discounts in the U.S. but haven’t seen any.
Side note when is OD Green coming back??
Any thoughts on the refresh from 420D to 210D? Obviously, the 210 is going to be thinner, but I’m having trouble finding strong opinions on the differences between the two materials.
I’m debating if I should wait for reviews or bite the bullet now while there’s still stock of the old fabric. I have a CPL for office commuting, so my primary use case is an EDC/dad bag on evenings and weekends.
ive tried the cpl24 and mpl22. both have lower back pain. I was wondering if anyone has had luck with the smaller bags like the 20 liters or smaller.
