TL:DR: the Owner of Calamity was recently caught in a drama involving grooming kids on Discord, and many of its mod developers are feeling both uncomfortable about the owner, and have lost the passion to continue developing the mod since this is their 2nd time the owner was caught grooming, (even worse that it was under a different owner first, and now this owner too).

I just wanted to make a post about this game in hopes that I help the player base grow.

The Darwin project is a battle Royale that came out years ago, but who’s servers died a long time ago.

However they released an update to it a couple of days ago and now the servers are back online!

If anyone has never heard of this battle Royale I highly recommend giving it a shot, it’s F2P and the mechanics of it are unique. The only weapons you have are a bow and an axe.

I’m so glad they revived this game it is very addicting!
