The invitation seems to still indicate a 2026 launch, although it does not have a specific date and it would be quite close to a GTA VI release.

Nonetheless, as someone who has never played Star Citizen but has followed it because following a potentially doomed project is interesting, it seems like the single player portion of their commitment may actually happen in the near future.

An event like this is not something they’ve done before.
