Not since my first time playing Journey has a title struck as strong an emotional chord with my very soul. The claymation world is absolutely beautiful yet terrifying, the soundtrack is hauntingly gorgeous, and the gameplay is full of wildly unique and creative ideas that I’ve never experienced before.
A wondrous dreamlike world to explore in or out of VR, but a story that doesn’t always hit as hard as you might want.

The Midnight Walk is a powerful statement representing the often-forgotten artform of claymation. It triumphantly provides a sensory experience that horrifies, chills, and warms your heart with all of its aspects in …
I’m sure there are plenty of single player games that still have integrity but strictly online multiplayer games we can go down the list from CoD, Tarkov, Valorant, Fortnite, WoW, Destiny, Apex Legends, Counterstrike are all games that come to mind where I can login and play less than 3 games and it feels like you’ll most certainly run into a cheater.
From someone who’s been gaming for 25+ years my interest in new games and good multiplayer experiences is still there, but in the last year or two it feels like cheating has exploded and become so rampant in every game it’s truly ruining that multiplayer experience for me.
The games look to have randomly been dropped on Epic and GOG with a 30% discount.

Up next is “Perfect Design” + “Kinda Fair to Play Against”!
Ever since Wandering Waters I feel like I can count on one hand how many times I’ve seen Tormenter taken. I feel like the Rosh change was good, but tormenter doesn’t seem valuable enough to be as out of the way as Rosh was.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I get that it’s power creep, bigger map, etc. but you used to be able to play a turbo match and on average it would last no longer than 20 minutes.
Now, i’ve noticed that they are consistently reaching towards 40 minutes and beyond unless it’s an absolute stomp.
I love Dota, but I just don’t have the time to be locked into a single match for 40+ minutes at a time.
If you buy 2, you only get 50 health unless you remove or add the item again to your inventory. Check images below.
Noticed it while waiting for a second grenade to be delivered from my stash and noticed my health didn’t increase.
I had my brother visiting over the weekend, and I offered to take a look at a replay of his and see if I can give him some tips on how to improve (for context, his MMR is 1.2k and mine is 6.6k). So I loaded up a replay of him playing Slark, and was going through his mistakes, what he did wrong, explaining to him concepts like creep aggro, lane manipulation, maximizing your hero’s damage, all that stuff.
And as we approached the end of the game, I see the enemy Axe all-chat this:

Now, I found this really funny, because I obviously know my brother is not smurfing, he’s a legit player who’s at the MMR he’s at because he doesn’t have a lot of games and has never up to this point made a concerted effort to improve. On top of that, it should be obvious to anyone else that he’s not smurfing, because his Slark build was frankly terrible - he maxed pounce first instead of dark pact, and misclicked his level up at 6 so he …
What a crazy series. Long games. Comebacks and more. Didn’t see a live thread so thought I would post and get thoughts.
I have like 10k hours into the game plus other thousand of hours spent on other video games and admittedly I used to think that I could have used my time playing to other important stuff. But as I grew older the more I realize that it’s fine, why would I feel guilty for doing something that I enjoy.
Never thought about the mechanics of gem… assuming you see through them for true sight!
I particularly like the small touches like the different sounds in the shops for mousing over items of different categories. Very cool.
BOIS MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT IS HERE!!
[ Shop Redesign ]
- Full shop rework, including many new items.
- Item slots are now all universal, rather than tree specific.
- Total slot count reduced from 16 to 12.
- Item costs are now discounted when you own the component.
- New artwork for all item icons.
- Reworked how tier bonuses work in the shop. They are no longer based on each item you buy, but instead based on your total spend in a tree. Bonuses are not linear (maxing out one tree fully isn’t optimal bonus-wise).
- Various item names have been changed.
- Items now glow when there is an upgrade you can buy.
[ Build Authoring ]
- The Build Browser has been reworked and is now its own fullscreen UI.
- Added a “Create Build” button when hovering over a player in post-game. This will create a local unpublished build based on the items the player purchased in that match (including imbue targets and the order in which items were sold).
- Added a new feature: build tags. …
Found that on Discord.
Better quality leak with readable text. (Probably AI upscaling)
Enjoy!
