Hate to contribute to a Discourse, but 3rd party share of Switch 2 software in the US is far better than it was during the Switch 1 launch.

Third party unit share of Switch 2 physical software during week 1 reached just shy of 40%. For month 1 of the Switch launch it was less than 20%.

Like, it’s far too early to claim best or worst this or that or whatever when it comes to Switch 2. Sheesh, the thing hasn’t even been out 3 weeks yet.

It’s been about 1 year since v3.0 let you pet the dogs and other animals. Here are some of the biggest things we’ve added since then.

• Many new game modes:
  • Halloween mode, WaltonWare Halloween, and other varieties - adds zombies, limited saves, and Mr. H who is a big invincible guy that roams the map and tries to smack you.
  • Mr. Page’s Mean Bingo Machine - A new mode where you play through the whole game, but must complete a bingo line before being allowed to progress to the next mission. Once you get to the next mission, you are given a new bingo board!
  • Zero Rando Plus - like “Zero Rando” (no randomization, very vanilla) but Plus more quality of life additions and balance tweaks.

When Bushwhack tethers a target, the tree they’re bound to becomes indestructible for the duration of the stun. Once the stun ends, the tree explodes in a 325 AoE, applying a 25% movement slow for ¹⁄₁.5/2/2.5 seconds (based on Bushwhack level).
(I dont intend for the tree explosion to do damamage, the tree does get destoryed in the end)

Just checked SteamDB and noticed that a LOT of heroes are being updated right now. Not just one or two, but a wave of them.

It’s not common to see this kind of mass tweaking unless something big is coming.

I am so tired of playing on US servers and seeing more than half the players typing Spanish.

Some notable observations relative to last week -

Paradox has never had a 0 pick / ban week prior to this. Immediate reaction from teams seems to see Wraith as being in the gutter - the one time she was picked it was very ineffective.

Nerfs to Calico only impacted her ban / pick priority (went down) but not her usage rate in games.

Bebop massively higher in priority. The graph undersells it, but EU was essentially won largely because of Tas putting on the biggest Bebop masterclass in a long, long time.

Also, just a small oversight that this didn’t show up on the main broadcast!

I play with a couple gay buddies, some losers just cannot help themselves but be homophobic whenever they get even slightly mad.

To all of you, how hard is it to learn to grow the fuck up? I get you probably struggle with learning but still.

Special shout-out to Mild Bobby Sauce, we lost the game cause your duo loves to chase, not because there were gay people on your team. I would say cope harder but I’m not sure it’s possible.
