I never thought it would happen to me.
This summer for sure.
caught unawares at shibuya square in tokyo, i had no idea there was a fangamer section here in the GiGo store!
Which means Silksong tomorrow obviously, no need to silkpost anymore
Why is it for a game like Slay the Spire 2 (which was also announced for sometime in 2025) does the Steam store page show its planned release year while Silksong still just shows a TBA? The option to just put 2025 is there and Team Cherry hasn’t taken it. They said they don’t want to say a date themselves and miss it, but does this mean they aren’t even confident in this year? I get Xbox said so, but we know what happened last time…
THE DOUBT HAS ENTERED THE CHAT MY FELLOW SILKERS
The fact that it releases on the same day the ACMI exhibit opens is crazy.
Do we need more proof dammit DOUBTERS? I pray Primacon every night before going bed. We are believer, we are skongers, we are so back
It’s a hot day (almost 100 where I’m at). I realize this may not be an “interesting” post, but I just wanted to express concern for my fellow Skongers. Stay hydrated, go swimming, eat some popsicles, and stay cool everyone.
Why is it always some bullshit?
Why can’t we just hop in and play like normal beings?
But no! You need x item to do y.
Y place to do X and enable coop ingame.
Watch this cutscene, no, everyone has to watch the same cutscene.
Okay we got coop, but now we’ll remove some other aspects and now you can only do some of the missions in the game.
Why can’t they make it simple?

Nioh
Soulsborne
Monster hunter
I know it might sound cliché or even a bit basic, but I genuinely feel that the main story in Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the best I’ve ever played. You always hear praise for games like Red Dead Redemption 2—and rightfully so—but Cyberpunk deserves to be in that same conversation.
There’s something about the connection between the player and V that feels incredibly personal and emotional. Just like with Arthur Morgan, you’re not just controlling a character—you are that character. The choices, the relationships, the slow decay, the sense of urgency… it all hits so hard.
I don’t see people talk about this enough. For all the noise the game made at launch, I feel like the emotional weight of its story gets overlooked. Curious if others feel the same.
Ahoy!
We’re happy to share the Alpha test trailer for our pirate survival game Crosswind.
Steam link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3041230/Crosswind/
We’ve been working on this game for 2 years, and finally are ready to set sail with the first non-NDA playtest tomorrow. To celebrate this we’ve put together this gameplay trailer, shot fully in the Alpha build.
Crosswind is our dream pirate game. Heavily inspired by great titles like Valheim or Enshrouded, it also feautres naval combat similar to AC: Black Flag and soulslite bossfights. The upcoming Alpha is a big milestone – with playtesters live feedback we will be able to thoroughly verify a lot of work and designs. It’s not gonna be perfect, but we hope it will move in the right direction, and we are absolutely willing to complete this journey whatever it takes.
The Alpha will feature:
Their main issue at this point seems to be figuring out how to release the mod. It looks amazing, and the amount of content that’s coming out with the mod is fantastic. They’re even going to add the Korean War at some point. I hope this mod catches on and gets players, it looks like it could give Hell Let Loose and Squad 44 a run for their money, and with Tripwire seemingly not caring about the Red Orchestra/Rising Storm series anymore, I think it’s up to the community to keep the series alive.

If I knew I would have survived that 1on1 then I wouldn’t have used Ghost Scepter.
and core wasn’t a thing because off-lane was the “suicide lane”.
Also roaming before 2015 was some high level shit.
What other archaic dota concepts can you remember?
He uses a controller (gamepad) to play. He has played as CM in this match, I was Spectre: Match 8344959967. His last 10 games have been on this setup. He says he has to practice a particular hero and his movements/spells before he can get into match-making. His current hero pool include CM, WD and Gyro. Lad’s insane.
Im more interested in equipment tho, im wondering if its gonna work like tf2 items that can make subclasses
What if, we get more neutral objectives to complete in deadlock other than mid-boss and soul urn. I was thinking if the underground got expanded more than just to rotate and hold the shop. What if it was almost across the whole map and help secret rotate spots, connections too mid-boss. A river (or sewege line) dividing the Map into 2. Also there can be space to fit more neutral mobs that can give team buffs like faster movement speed or 5% resist.
(I did not steal this idea from league of legends)
If you have 5 friends (sad story), try 6 melee play style. Sounds crazy but it’s realy funny and works even against Rebuttal But don’t forget about Fight Club Rules!
Hey, this is Glutensnake, and I have been told matchmaking sucks. But why? Beyond the normal “There are not enough players” and such, my theory is that there is no measurable threshold set in place to improve matchmaking.
When I queue, as a human, I have some rough expectations.
If I join by minute 1 of queuing:
If I join by minute 3 of queuing:
If I join by minute 5 of queuing:
These are not my real preferences, but it is very easy to check all of these requirements for me as a person. I could set up a stopwatch, I could press f7 and then type status, I (thankfully) am able to memorize which one of my 3 heroes is purple, which is yellow, and which is white, and I can check the ranks post game. I’ve certainly had instaqueues where I …
