I’ve been playing dota for around 20 years.
I’ve always felt that I was pretty good but was stuck at ancient 5 for a long time. After a long time of never being able to reach divine I gave up and just enjoyed unranked with friends. I’ve always had a consistent group of 3-5 to play with but it’s like that saying “you never know what you have till it’s gone”.
When glicko came out my unranked games suddenly became harder, after some testing with queueing I found that my rank was somewhere in divine. Ofcourse this made me very happy, I decided to play ranked and after 2 games with friends i was unable to queue with them anymore, which could only mean I had become an immortal. I kept playing and my rank was revealed and I pushed to around 6k mmr before I lost interest.

Missing max health showing your healthbar as full is p misleading when it comes to gauging how close to death you are, so It’d be nice if the visuals reflected the missing health better via greying it out or otherwise blocking it in a way that’s visually distinct from normal missing health

They had so much antiheal spread across the team but it literally didn’t matter, it literally reached -85% and I was still just unkillable, and to make it all worse they followed me into a small room and Kelvin trapped them in, was very satisfying melting their HP like this though
Prior to the shop update, if you hovered over an item in the buy many, you could see who on your team owned the item. This was great for counter items and making sure that you all aren’t spending a slot on something. this also worked for the opposing team, where if you hovered one of the items of their build it’d say everybody on their team who also had it, which was again was great for building counters of your own and knowing how many of them built counters and who you might need to avoid since they can shut you down. The shop update removed this for no real reason, and I yearn for the return of this feature.
TL;DR make it easy to see if multiple people on a team have the same item again
