“Elchuchu” (the shiv) immediately started afking to throw the game because the viper wasn’t playing well enough for his lane. Of course, since he didn’t even leave the match. The game was scored. Obviously, I could’ve left, but the game would’ve given me a long penalty. I genuinely hope they add some sort of system or even kick system at this point because I’m finding more and more players like this with no repercussions to them. This guy does the following:

• 30% fire rate slow
• 25% less spirit damage
• 1.25-1.75s stun
• 35% movement slow
• 33% healing reduction (max level 1st skill)
• ALL of this is potentially AOE

on top of that dealing absurd level of damage, how is this allowed when guy is already so hard to kill with how much aoe damage and healing he gets from his meta build path. Teamfights is like fighting into an AOE debuff raidboss and you are required this mf to even have a chance to win it
