I don’t know if you’ve seen this, but Blue is speedrunning the Demo and I think that’s a bad idea.

The Silksong demo is beaten faster and faster every day since it came out. And it won’t be long until we can beat it in negative time. Enabling us to travel backwards in time thanks to the Gamescom Silksong demo.

The guy who will probably achieve this (Blue) will intend to use that to travel back in time, to when they just started developing the 2025 demo. He will take the demo on a USB drive and take it to the present, where he can sell it at 100% profit.

The problem with this is: The additional demos will make others finish it at negative time also, which allows them to travel back in time and take the Silksong demo on a USB drive to sell it for profit as well.

That means we will have unlimited USB drives from unlimited timelines bringing them to present, which is bad. The weight of all those USBs will shatter the earth’s mantle. Which will cause the …

Having tried it, the game is pretty fun! It is a nice mishmash of cooperative and PvP where your squad is literally on the same boat.

I think there are not many games that reward you for being communicative / cooperative with strangers, and it works really well.

The game seems currently kind of light on content, but what is there looks super curated and well thought out. The devs just need to add to the solid foundation, and I think the game could grow a lot over time. They also published a roadmap recently, so I’m pretty happy with what I got.

I am a huge strategy fan. Played almost all the Paradox games in the last 20 years, played literally every Total War game starting from Rome, Wargame, Broken Arrow, Men of War and similar titles, other RTS games like AoE, Starcraft and more. Never had the fun from any other strategy game but this… R.U.S.E. This game is a legend in my eye. I didn’t know Eugen was in it as the recent titles they have released like WARNO is also cool but it is not the same flavour. What happened to this title? Why is there no ‘R.U.S.E. 2’?

To be honest, a 25% growth in just a few days with such underwhelming content actually surpasses my expectations. Maybe that 30% contribution helped a lot. Now imagine if Valve actually released more cosmetic content…

Had this doorman in my game just now. Doing this will actively grief your team by making enemy objectives impossible to take. Please don’t do it.
