The usual disclaimer: I don’t play these games before listing them. Nor do I claim to offer an expert opinion, I simply browse SteamDB to find the games that are released each day, take the time to read the description and reviews (if there are any), watch the trailers, and do some online research. This takes me between 6 and 7 hours a week. Several people have asked me if there’s a way to subscribe or follow me somewhere. Reddit decided I had to verify my age by taking a photo of myself or my ID, which isn’t going to happen, but I’ve created a free Patreon page where I post every installment of this column. Just follow me to receive an email every time a new post goes live, turning it into a newsletter.
This week, given the number of student-made games that have been released, I decided to highlight them all. Give them a try, most are under 30 minutes long and are always enjoyable experiences.
My Picks

Its looking like itll probably be 1 year+ before we see GTA VI on PC, probably more with them wanting to milk online, so what are peoples ideas who want to play it before then without shilling for a next gen console that’ll only get used for that one game until it releases on PC and we buy it again anyways.
I have heard emulators are a possibility, how soon do people think those will be up and running in a playable state? if at all? im not that clued in on the topic.
This post is for ppl genuinely interested in playing GTA VI soonish after initial release, I’ve seen a lot of “Oh i just wont, id rather play my farting sim roguelite cos im a PC player and hate AAA😏” which is great for them but not helpful.
So, any hope for us or are we doomed to wait an eternity longer for the most hyped game of this century. I can see myself becoming one of the above mentioned copers if so lol.
**EDIT** this is why people hate PC gamers DAYUM yall toxic lmfao
