Steam Store Page & FREE DEMO | Story Trailer
Hi everyone! Another Indie Sunday is here! My game will be part of the October Steam Next Fest, which starts tomorrow! The demo is already out, and you can play it for free.
About SECTOR ZERO:
SECTOR ZERO is a first-person, physics-based dark sci-fi adventure. The game takes place inside a massive asteroid being mined by human colonists. You play as a small fragment of an alien hive mind known as The Corruption, which had been dormant in the asteroid’s core, until the mining operations woke it up.
The core mechanic of the game is your ability to corrupt and control human-made machinery. This power helps you navigate the world, solve physics-based puzzles, and overcome platforming challenges.

The game is pretty self explanatory, i sorta just combined Ace Combat and Ultrakill and here I am with this mess. I’m making this game for fun. Check it out if you want, its easier to understand watching it than reading text.
Latest video I uploaded on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezlR_mwZDFQ

Im planning to release a demo by Q1 next year, though ill probably host a playtest before that on the games discord.

Hey,
This is a pretty strange, but kind of cozy simulator where you dig through piles of trash in search of your lost collection of trading cards. Every heap has a chance to hide something rare, weird, or just amusing./
In the demo, you can already:
There’s no combat, no timers, no stress. Just you, the garbage, and the quiet thrill of uncovering long-lost treasures. The vibe is a mix of absurd and nostalgic — like going through boxes in an old garage or your grandma’s attic.
What’s already in the demo:

Inspired by a game like Suzerain, and a show like Expanse, Lunar Ascendant is a sci-fi political drama.

My game will be part of the October Steam Next Fest, which starts tomorrow! The demo is already out, and you can play it for free. Demo will consist of 4⁄10 turns, and will introduce you to the wide range of main characters, and give you a taste of what it’s like to be the First Mayor of a Lunar colony where interests of multiple factions crash.
About Lunar Ascendant:
In Lunar Ascendant, you play as David De Silva, an ordinary man who did the right thing in an impossible situation and unexpectedly becomes the first mayor of Artemis, a pioneering lunar city. This political drama, set in a near future that feels all too close for comfort, challenges you to navigate …
(i know that we are getting Blue Gate on release, but from what we seen so far it’s more likely a forest)
I dont know if its just me but I’ve read a lot of comments and seen a lot of posts and i can’t help but think people have the wrong idea on how their arc raiders experience will actually play out. So many people praise the sound design the graphics and the immersive world all for good reason, but i have the feeling people are coming in expecting something more akin to a single player experience not the sweat fest its more then likely going to be. All thoes friendly team ups and goofing around is going right out the window once the game is available to everyone i feel like. Take tarkov for example the game is very immersive but its a absolute sweat and rat fest because of the type of game it is being a extraction shooter. I think arc raiders is going to suffer the same fate of being sweaty and punishing that the people who play bc they want to be immersed are going to be pushed away because theyre getting bent over by sweats and rats. Idk maybe im wrong maybe im just yapping …
Was looking through the steam discussions and right at the top I saw a post by the Devs staying that the game will be free to play for 3 days starting on the 17th of October.
I’m a nearly 40 avid gamer with funds to buy nearly any game I want so take that into consideration. I’m 2 days into the BF6 release with +10 hours played. I can say this, BF6 is good. In some aspects, it’s great. But it’s shallow in experiences. It’s more about grinding for the more optimal weapons or gear, often weapon by weapon.
Most importantly, the story doesn’t matter. No one cares about living or dying. Just earning the next “thing”.
This is why Arc Raiders will thrive with this community and a broader audience potentially than any extraction shooter has before. Story, adventure, drama, risk. The visual storytelling alone will set it apart from its peers.
Arc Raiders will never have +500k concurrent players on Steam. But it will have an intensely passionate amd energized fan base that will be infectious in the gaming world. That sense of adventure and min to min drama will be wildly successful.
TLDR: Arc Raiders will soar because it isn’t a BF6 and it has such a hungry and …
What do you expect to hear from Embark during TwitchCon?
I am currently playing COD DMZ.
So, the Release Day gods decided that Arc Raiders is coming out on the day my international move across an ocean is coming to a close (or just starting?… Depending how you look at it).
Both my PC and PS5 will still be in a shipping container crossing the Atlantic, so, I’M LOOKING AT YOU ROG Ally Z1 Extreme… I’m seeing a good amount of videos showcasing the game running pretty damn well on it, so thats a plus.
That being said, my wife will probably kill me when she sees the ROG’s joysticks light up, but it’ll be worth it. I’ve had a good run. See you in Speranza, maybe. o7
We are just under one week away from the server slam.
I can’t even explain the excitement! I’m taking Friday off to play all day lol.
I’m happy it will be just one map. Gives us a chance to learn it and keep more content for the release.
How excited are you guys and what are your thoughts on the server slam?
