I’d like to share that I’ll be leaving Bandai Namco at the end of 2025. With the TEKKEN series reaching its 30th anniversary—an important milestone for a project I’ve devoted much of my life to—I felt this was the most fitting moment to bring one chapter to a close.

My roots lie in the days when I supported small local tournaments in Japanese arcades and in small halls and community centers overseas. I still remember carrying arcade cabinets by myself, encouraging people to “Please try TEKKEN,” and directly facing the players right in front of me.

The conversations and atmosphere we shared in those places became the core of who I am as a developer and game creator.

Even as the times changed, those experiences have remained at the center of my identity. And even after the tournament scene grew much larger, many of you continued to treat me like an old friend—challenging me at venues, inviting me out for drinks at bars.

Both The Outer Worlds (https://www.gog.com/game/the_outer_worlds) and Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey (https://www.gog.com/game/ancestors_the_humankind_odyssey) will be removed from the store on December 15th (I don’t have an exact hour yet). We’ve secured a discount for Ancestors, but couldn’t do so for The Outer Worlds. This also includes all editions & add-ons for both games.

As always, we’ll try to bring them back.

Hello everyone,

I’m extremely excited to finally share a game I’ve been working on as a solo developer for quite some time!

The core idea is pretty simple: what if Gladiator combat had become an organised sport in Ancient Rome, complete with a full league system, promotions and relegations?
You start by choosing one of sixteen clubs in the lowest division, managing your fighters, training them, equipping them and competing in fully simulated seasons. Your ultimate goal is to rise through all seven divisions and become the greatest Lanista (owner of a Gladiator school) in the Empire.

I’m still actively adding new features and improving existing ones, so any feedback or suggestions from you all would mean a lot :)

I’m working solo on my hand-painted sci-fi story about a young astronomer in a remote snowy observatory. The main feature of the game is a ton of art, which I lovingly paint day after day. Genre-wise, it’s an adventure (walking simulator + visual novel) with a strong focus on atmosphere and story.

Plot: You are studying a mysterious signal from a distant star. The signal contains a sequence of prime numbers, decreasing each day. Is it a countdown? What happens when it reaches zero?

It’s going to be hard sci-fi about space, information transmission, and philosophy, with a touch of romance.

The announcement trailer recently premiered at the Winter OTK Games Expo 2025, where mt game ended up winning their fan-voted Award for best art in the showcase - which still feels a bit unreal to me as a solo dev. Right now I have around 4k wishlists, which I gathered over just three months.
