Howdy everyone,
I was given $100 AUD from work as a small Christmas gift and I want to give it away to the community instead as a holiday gift.
I’ll gift the winner of the giveaway any game or games they want up to $100 AUD in price on Steam!
To enter, let me know what your favourite game was that you played in 2025. Doesn’t have to have released in 2025, just something you played.
Winner will be drawn at 5PM AEST on the 23rd of December, approximately 16 hours from now.
Edit 1: Will select the winner momentarily.
Edit 2: The winner has been drawn, and it is u/Opie117 congratulations and I’ll DM you so we can organise the gift exchange
Happy holidays everyone!
We’re a small indie team and have been working on SimplePlanes 2 for about three years. We are currently planning to release in March 2026 and are running an open playtest until January 5th.
SimplePlanes 2 is an aircraft building and flight simulation game. It builds on a long running community, with over one million user created aircraft available to download and fly in game.
This is our first time adding multiplayer, so it’s been a big learning curve. We’ve already had over 200 bug reports (yes, we’ve seen the floating trees), and the feedback has been incredibly helpful. We fixed a ton already and are looking for more before we close the doors and retreat back to our IDEs.
The playtest is free to join on Steam. If you’re looking for something new to try during the Steam Winter Sale, you can access it directly from the Steam page by clicking the Join the Playtest button.
We’d love for you to give it a try and tell us what you think… the good, the bad, and everything in …
Big thanks to r/pcgaming for all your support. Cyber Knights: Flashpoint has gotten more than 2,300 total reviews and is the highest-rated tactical RPG released on Steam this year. In the six months since our full-launch we’ve been able to add a ton of free content expansions thanks to those reviews, the latest including an all-new mission environment with new challenges, multi-stage missions, new reactive music tracks, and more.
We’re on our deepest discount since full launch for the Steam Winter sale, so if you know anyone who enjoys in-depth XCOM-like combat, please help an indie out and spread the word. 😄 I’m hanging out here and happy to answer any questions. Thank you all again and hope you’re getting some great gaming in as the year wraps up.
Thank to r/pcgaming for your continued support! 85000 players have given Glyphica a 90% positive rating, making it the Typing Survival game you never knew you needed! We just released an update a couple of weeks ago, so if you haven’t yet, now’s the right time to buy!
If you want a quick taste of the game, hope on to playglyphica.com where we have our webdemo where you can pick up and play the demo immediately.
NOTE: The web demo only works for QWERTY keyboards, but the Steam demo and full version let you use whatever layout you like.
I am excited to announce the latest update to Metamancer. This update includes major game enhancements. I am running a 34% discount until Jan. 5.
The game now has storylines that can be given to the player by NPCs. The storylines are comprised of four quests that are picked randomly from pools based on four categories: introduction, escalation, climax and resolution. The new quests include boss fights, defend objectives and escort missions.
There are over 75 new entities, including world tiles for four new biomes, enemies, bosses, quest items, quest contacts, defense objectives and more. There are also 15 new character types that have been added to the character creator screen.
Other additions include:
I think the stats are incorrect, I definitely revived squadmates and strangers far many more times than it says.
EDIT: To OCD people like myself I do apologize for the cursor on the screen.
Nice 😢. What we got was already ass and now I don’t even get to start with benches. 💀🙏
And why should I? It’s a lot of work to get the credits required to make it worth while. So then the messages piled up. I had people begging for me to hold onto their blueprints. And so I held them. Tempests, Wolfpacks, even a Jupiter Blueprint. It got to a point where I had to start selling MY loot in order to hold onto their loot. And the guns! I had never seen a level 4 Jupiter….until now.
Everyone had logged off, thanking me for holding onto their high tier loot. I sat there, staring at my screen. I breathed a sigh of relief.
“Thank God” I said “It would have taken me forever to get 5 million goop.”
I cackled while I dropped it all into my expedition pod.
Edit: I have accidentally exposed the fact that I have not used or unlocked any yellow weapons. There is absolutely no Level 4 Jupiter. My Skill/Loot ceiling is my Bettina BP. 😂
Apologies if you lost you life in the ring. All in good sport.
