EDIT: All right - that’s a wrap. Thank you for all your questions. We’re going to go back and work on the game now - next time we speak, we’ll hopefully have things to show. I can’t wait! - Swen, Game Director
Hello everyone,
Happy New Year! To kick off 2026, we would like to offer the opportunity to ask your questions about Divinity, Larian, and our development processes. It’s been a while since Larian has done an AMA, so everyone is looking forward to it!
There’s a bunch of us ready to answer your questions:
Thank you for taking the time to ask your …
For me it’s Civilization. Played countless hours up until IV. V never did it for me, and since discovering grand strategy games (EU, CK, HoI) I can’t imagine ever playing CIV again.
Is this not cheating? I can understand raising your brightness and all that but this is ridiculous. I know the NVIDIA filters got changed but it was somehow bypassed.
Yesterday, I was on Stella Montis and I heard someone nearby. I asked if he was friendly and replies “nope, put that loot in your ass and prepare to defend yourself” with a fake British accent lol
I lost the fight but I wasn’t even mad. I love this game!
This is literally one of the most beautiful and best looking multiplayer games I’ve seen in my life. The lighting, colors, aesthetics, atmosphere… is all so good. And we have people doing this, stretching their FOV just so they can see better around a corner, or using NVIDIA filters and other things to get rid of the fog and sand/dust in the air , just so they can see players at longer distances. How big of a loser you have to be irl to do something like this in every game you play? I guess some players are just bad and they need all the help they can get to be slightly above average at the game lol….
I’ve genuinely been hunting for this BP for the absolute longest time and died with it on me during a free-kit once before.. I’ve slowly began losing interest in the game, not because it’s not fun. I love it and could play for 5 hours+ a day, it’s just that my friends don’t share the same sentiment as I do so it’s been solo constantly for the past month.
I hate playing this shit solo, takes out all enjoyment for me personally. I like creating memories with my friends despite whatever game we play..
but with the next expedition window getting closer and closer (I did the first one too), me speaking in proximity with people who’ve already prepped and gotten to the point where they don’t need to worry about it and how I’ve literally not touched it yet, I feel like this BP is worthless.
I did the first expedition and plan on doing the next one too, if I can get my shit together, because I like the stackable SP and benefits that come …
