I am writing this as a warning because honestly, I have never seen anything like this. A few weeks ago my whole PC was compromised and it was a complete mess. Every account I had was targeted, from Steam and Rockstar to EA and Ubisoft. Every single one of those companies helped me out and got my access back within 24 hours. But then there is Battlestate Games.

I contacted BSG support the very same day it happened, January 10th. I literally saw the hacker trying to change my email and I sent them a ticket (Request #41607390) right then and there. I told them 2FA was being messed with and I needed help fast.

They did nothing for two weeks. Just total silence while the hacker was using my account. When I followed up on Jan 23rd, they just gave me attitude for sending another email. Then on Jan 27th they finally ask for proofs, so I sent everything I had - Xsolla receipts, bank statements for my stash upgrades and the PvE expansion.
