Steam basically gives everyone similar visibility for the first two days. After that, the algorithm starts pushing down the titles that didn’t perform well enough. So in practice, it feels like Steam expects players to find the gems in a massive pile of games during those first 48 hours - and only then do the “winners” get more exposure.

But realistically - are players actually willing to dig through thousands of demos just to discover those hidden gems? Does this system really make sense to you?

I was traipsing through Buried City when I came across another raider. I had the drop on him but I’m a casual and said, “whaddup raider?”

He didn’t even look at me and chuckled, “ Hey, I’M NOT FRIENDLY HAHAHA”

“eh, what?”

“I SAID I’M NOT FRIENDLY” *maniacal laughter*

“Oh, Ok then”

I’ve never ran so fucking hard to extract.

I just want to thank this fucking maniac for being honest about his intentions. It is rare to come across someone who wants to PvP that will leave us casuals alone. 😅

This was after defibbing others raiders during the fight too… In hindsight, I should have recovery-rolled better, or jumped onto the roof next to me instead.

I’d really like to see some vehicle themed ARC, kind of like moon rover

Got a 3D printer 2 months ago and I have been making EVERY decent Arc Raiders Model I can find! Loving it!

How the heck do y’all pvp in this game? Everytime I plan to pvp, I run into a Golden Retriever Raider and I can’t bring my self to hurting this innocent creature. Once I meet one I just become a bodyguard to protect them from their own self. Love this game and its goofy community. Keep being wholesome! ❤️
