I bought marathon on release and am level 40 right now. It is an interesting game, but I feel it has some major issues right now. I’ll start off with what I like. The graphics, sound, and just overall feel of the game is great. Outpost feels like the odst map in all of the right ways. They did a really good job of allowing the world to react to other players, making it pretty easy to be a detective following their path from broken windows to opened loot boxes. All of the guns feel pretty great to use as well. I also really like fighting the robots.
I have gotten use to the ui, I still think it could use more tweaks but there is a ton of information it’s trying to convey. I think my biggest issue is matchmaking and other players.
I found out what loot goblin is, so now when I play with random people I have to race to the boxes first or lose out since it is all shared. Of the games I have won, I would say over half the time my teammates get double what I get. I really hate how selfish …

You’ve Changed is an anomaly horror game with a retro art style. The game has a tense atmosphere and requires intense focus while playing. This enhances the impact of the psychological horror elements and the [optional] jump scares are made even more terrifying.

It makes me smile knowing he put so many hours into this game, and had a blast in his last few years. He introduced me to PC gaming, fond memories watching him play Doom, Duke Nuke’em, Half Life (also Opposing Force and Blue Shift) and counterstrike. He’d play Myst if he was in a more patient mood. He’d specifically play the Rockets ONLY blood gulch server on Halo PC and rage (my mom would hear him screaming at the monitor upstairs 🤣. He was all about Microsoft Flight simulator or some F16 fighter jet game and loved the simulation. We was not about the SIMS, but loved Sim City series and Roller Coaster Tycoon. His gamertag was Mad Max, he was an original gamer and instilled the love of gaming and enjoyment of gaming with all of you.
Hello fellow gamers,
no matter the genre such a game shouldn’t fly under anyone’s radar.
Got sold after I read some comparing to some of the best crpg and disco Elysium, which holds a special place in my head. And fast forward it’s 3 am and I haven’t been up that long for a long time.
I spent the past 8 hours in pure joy. everything I love about gaming - except for fast reactions in platformers, metroidvania and souls like games - was presented to me in such a lovely way.
I could go on for a long time about all the mechanics and design choices I think are responsible for the good time I had but I will try to keep it simple.
I nearly pissed myself in laughter not only once and got surprised in a good way many times. It’s been a long time I enjoyed every second of a game and got so sucked in.
Thanks to the dev and everyone involved for that treasure.

I’ve been working on a retro-style dark fantasy RPG inspired by the atmosphere of classic PS1-era games.
The game features a pixelized low-poly medieval world and an original story about betrayal and a cursed kingdom. Players explore dark lands, destroy mysterious altars that control people’s minds, and fight enemies like bandits, undead, and corrupted soldiers using swords, bows, and magic.
I recently launched the Steam page for the game, so if you’re interested you can check it out or add it to your wishlist. https://store.steampowered.com/app/4431270/Dark_Fantasy/?beta=0
