We would like to address questions regarding the use of AI in Crimson Desert.
During development, some 2D visual props were created as part of early-stage iteration using experimental AI generative tools. These assets helped us rapidly explore tone and atmosphere in the earlier phases of production. However, our intention has always been for any such assets to be replaced, following final work and review by our art and development teams, with work that aligned with our quality standards and creative direction.
Following reports from our community, we have identified that some of these assets were unintentionally included in the final release. This is not in line with our internal standards, and we take full responsibility for it.
We also acknowledge that we should have clearly disclosed our use of AI. While these tools were primarily used during early production, with the expectation …
Game Title: Screamer

Analog Stick Gaming - Jeff M Young - 8 / 10
Screamer is damn fun once you’ve mastered its systems, both in their execution and timing. While the current difficulty can be a tad too challenging for the casual racing fan, the additional modes and online can provide a wealth of content to tackle. Screamer isn’t revolutionary, but its drift mechanics are damn impressive and allow the game to stand out and then some.
Console-Tribe - Simone Cantini - Italian - 85 / 100
In the end, this new Screamer isn’t just a revival—it’s a smart reinterpretation that enhances the original’s identity instead of burying it. Milestone doesn’t lean on nostalgia; it uses it as a springboard to build an arcade racer with personality, rhythm, and a surprisingly rich world that speaks both to veterans from ’95 and newcomers alike. …
Hey r/pcgaming,
About 5 months ago we shared SaveSync here - a tool we built to fix the classic co-op problem where you can’t play the world when the host is offline. We got some great feedback and questions, and we’ve been heads down building since then. Here’s what’s new.
15 new games added since our last post:
Palworld, Terraria, Necesse, The Planet Crafter, Abiotic Factor, tModLoader, ICARUS, ASKA, Raft, StarRupture, Hytale, Alchemy Factory, Roadside Research, Windrose Demo, and Factorio. That brings us to 28 supported games total, up from 13.
Ludusavi integration:
We’ve also added support for syncing backups generated by Ludusavi, so if you’re already using it to back up your game saves, SaveSync can store those backups so you can access them across devices.
Steam Deck + Linux support:
SaveSync now works on Steam Deck and Linux in general. You can sync your co-op saves and host games right from the Deck or any Linux machine.
Where …
Shoutout to the silent watcher that teabagged him at the end!
How could you say no? 🥹
The character is Dr. Livesey (Treasure Island 1988)
Ferro Binary - Tech mod for the Ferro that increases mag size to 2 while increasing reload speed by 50% to compensate.
Rattler Mag - Tech mod for the Rattler that doubles the mag size, allows the mag to be reloaded in one rather than bullet by bullet and decreases reload speed by 35%. The mag should double based on the current level of the weapon.
Kettle Whistle - Tech mod for the Kettle that changes the weapon to a 3-round burst while increasing recoil both ways.
Just to note, while the images have been edited using ai, the ideas were all mine.
If you like this idea, I’ll do more.
I just noticed the Barricade Kit uses the same heat tiles designed for the Space Shuttle. Not sure if that ties into the lore, but Raiders had to get those tiles from somewhere.
So in my opinion, the queen is no longer worth the hassle. I’ve done three queen runs in a row now, always in friendly or at least less aggressive lobbies. All three times, we managed to kill the queen, only for me to realize that the core is the only lootable body part. Why the hell did they nerf the queen’s loot so much? You spend a fortune on ammo to kill it, and only one player gets all the stuff? That’s ridiculous.
First off, I like the game a lot. Not as much as The Finals, but Arc Raiders is 100% my second favorite game in the last however many years. I want it to succeed.
That said, I think there are some existential/systems/structural issues that need to get sorted out to ensure the longevity of the game. And I think a lot of people are missing the core problem.
If you listen to burntpeanut, hutch, and other such streamers, the reason the game is currently boring for them to play and for others to watch (viewership is down, I guess) is because of a lack of new content. They play all day everyday and they’re bored… no way /s.
As usual though, streamers are dumb. They’re good at playing the game, so they think “obviously I’m a video game expert and can wing this whole development thing.” But flying the space shuttle doesn’t make you a rocket scientist, son.
In actuality, the challenge facing Arc Raiders isn’t a lack of content. It’s that the loop isn’t satisfying or reinforcing, and doesn’t …
Newer Raider here, about 70 hours in now.. I remember this death but honestly didn’t think too much of it..
I remember him camping on a rooftop near southern station on Buried City. He was beaming me with a venator and hit all his shots while weaving behind cover, thought he was just better than me. Guess he was cheating!
This is the first time playing a game and getting a message like this so it feels good getting my stuff back, especially that tempest.
Big ups to Embark on getting on this kinda stuff!
