Hey guys, lately I’ve been racking up some more costs traveling with GVB than usual, so I was looking at getting one of the GVB Flex plans and was wondering which one was the cheapest for me. Thought I’d share my findings with you as well :)
They have three kinds:
I then looked for each one when it would be smart to buy, given the amount of money you expect to spend without any plan. So if you are now spending roughly €50 a month on GVB, which one should you get? I found the following:
So funnily enough, the “main” Flex plan is usually not a good choice: you should almost always get either Easy Flex or Extra Flex. Hope this helps some other people as well :)

Does anyone have any idea why it’s doing this? It certainly doesn’t take me an hour and a half to walk 650m!
I stuck paying for multiple apps just to watch everything? I’m on Viaplay for F1 and Premier League, Ziggo Sport for the Champions League, and then ESPN for Eredivisie. The monthly total creeps up quickly—€21.99 for Viaplay and €16.95 for Ziggo Sport Totaal—and that’s before ESPN gets added. On my Apple TV 4K the apps are fine most days, but big matches bring little stutters and occasional audio drift, maybe it’s just me. If you’ve actually simplified this, what’s the best setup people in NL use that doesn’t require extra boxes or long contracts?
