Am I really seeing this or is it something else?

I’ve been doing astrophotography from Amsterdam for a few years now and every time the northern lights were supposed to be visible, they were much too faint to see them or it was too cloudy. So glad that I was finally able to catch a short glimpse of them yesterday. I took this photo from my apartment window with my phone and I’m glad I did since by the time I got to my usual imaging dark site, they were too faint to see.

Ik kwam deze vanavond tegen, het is volgens mij nieuw(ig). Ik ken de Stolpersteine wel, maar er is dus ook zoiets voor politiemensen? Of is dit eenmalig?

Should the Netherlands boycott the World Cup, which will be held this summer in the United States, Canada, and Mexico? Most people in the RTL News Panel (59 percent) think so, while 30 percent are against it. Even among people who call themselves soccer fans, there is a prevailing feeling that it would be better for the Dutch national team not to participate.

So the orange clown in chief has decided we as Europeans have to be smacked with tariffs again because his unroyal greediness is mighty miffed that we won’t roll over and allow him to poach Greenland.

The mob boss in charge is trying to shake us down and downright blackmailing us to try and make us bail on Greenland and the Danes. But of course the hungry caterpillar won’t stop there and who knows what he demands next. My question is: isn’t it time to start boycotting American companies like McDonalds, Subway, Texaco, Starbucks and such? What do you guys think?
