IMO, the numbers at the top are nice and all, but I hope there is something inside the map that communicates this visually. The color of the sky turning into the color of the team with the higher soul amount is great visual communication IMO.

First, both orange and blue are natural colors of the sky in different circumstances. Orange skies either happen in the evening during sunset, and blue skies happen like most of the time.

The wider the soul difference between the two teams, the more vibrant the sky is. I know it would feel fantastical, but that’s the point. The sky would look unnatural because something unnatural is being summoned (the Patrons) and when the ritual is over, it compliments visual communication of the Patrons physically coming into the world.

It would also determine if a certain victory is a comeback victory when the color of the sky doesn’t match the color of the team that won.
