I had this idea so I decided to whip up a shortcut for it! It’s nowhere near perfect, and i don’t know all the rules of Blackjack, but please leave any feedback/suggestions here. This shortcut checks for updates automatically so if I implement a new feature after you download it, you can still receive it!
enjoy :)

Interesting (and unsurprising) article from The Verge: Joe Rogan, confined to Spotify, is losing influence
A new data investigation by The Verge finds that the powerful podcaster’s influence has waned since he went behind Spotify’s wall. His show has declined as a hype vehicle for guests, and Rogan’s presence as a mainstay in the news has plummeted.
I’ve never listened to Rogan personally, but any podcast that stops being available in my podcast player of choice (Podcast Addict) stops being something that I listen to at all. It would seem that I’m not alone in that regard.
I just wanna review every episode of every show I listen to
I’m a young professional (24F) and have been feeling lonely. Hoping to find a podcast to have on in the back group to help. Looking for women around my age or thirties.
They can discuss anything no specific topic needed just looking for something to have in the background that is enjoyable.
First time trying out podcasts
This has been a fascinating turn of events and I don’t know if people are aware. I live near the location where the events took place that Your Own Backyard investigated. This story is all over local news.
Chris Lambert, the podcaster, had been reporting from the courtroom since preliminary hearings have started and, if you’ve listened to the pod you know he paused his releases for a while as he gathered new information from people who came forward after listening to it.
Last week he had to delete all social media and it’s being called to testify. There’s speculation that the family in question listened to the pod, and were under surveillance by the police. The rumor is that one of those late episodes had a red herring that the family discussed, which led the police to get enough evidence for arrests.

It’s exciting because he should be called to …
Hello all,
My stepdad died two weeks ago and it’s really hitting me now. I am looking to flee reality just for a bit, so please tell me about the podcasts that gripped your attention, that really fascinated you.
Topic doesn’t matter, fiction, non fiction, whatever.
Thankful for any and all suggestions.
There’s a tendency to recommend the same books on here (depressing books- The road, never let me go. Horror -steven king etc). So what’s your book that you think everyone should read that maybe isn’t so well known, or you just haven’t had a chance to recommend? EDIT: The response to this post has been amazing. Thanks for all your recommendations guys, I have a huge list and will be continuing to come back to this for a long time. Just to clarify, based on some comments I wasn’t saying no Horror or depressing books, just using them as an example of the questions that are asked that lead to the same recommendations repeating.
Also if it could take place in Russia or Asia, that would be great, but it doesn’t have to!
Thank you!
Edit: damn guys thank you all so much for the tips, just woke up and I see I will have a lot to read!
Hi all – I’ve been reading a lot of ‘classics’ lately and thought it could be a fun challenge to pick an author who is worth reading all of their works, or at least their major novels. So far I’m thinking potentially Jane Austen or Virginia Woolf, but wanted to see who you thought!
Can you suggest me a book where the protagonist is a woman and lonely or depressed, kind of like Travis Bickle from the Scorcese movie “Taxi Driver”? The closest I saw was Dominique from the TV show “Mr. Robot”.
I played the witcher and rdr1 already. Every other recommendation welcome except Skyrim. Thanks in advance.
Not Skyrim
I’ve recently started playing the game “Coffee Talk” on PS4 and so far I’ve really enjoyed listening to peoples problems and their interesting stories while serving them drinks. So is there any other games where you’re essentially a side character, or even a side character at the start who becomes a main character later. Bonus if you get to help people with their problems.
I’m in a depressed mood to the point where NOT A SINGLE GAME is interesting or fun, so I figured I’d ask on here to see what y’all recommend? Also I mainly play on PC
I’m looking for games that punch you right in the feels, preferably without too much action/fast reflexes required. A few examples that I’ve enjoyed/been destroyed by: * Spiritfarer * Life is Strange * LiS Before the Storm * Omori * Rakuen * Last Day of June * OneShot
BIG AXE, BIG MUSCLES, BIG ‘TUDE. NO PUNY MAGIC. ALREADY PLAYED ELDER SCROLLS GAMES, FALLOUT GAMES, ALMOST EVERY CRPG, SOULS GAMES, DIABLO, AND MOUNT AND BLADE. BONUS POINTS FOR BARBARIC ROLEPLAYING. GIVE SUGGESTIONS OR I’LL CRUSH YOUR SKULL.
I think the title basically says it, I really ldont care for the infinite content pack style of the Sims but adore the concept. I’m looking for a game with:
* Character creation.
* House building and decorating.
* Life simulator.
* Not full of micro-transactions / DLC
