New Möbius trick/combo to share before the World Yoyo Contest 2026.
What started as trying to make a old 2001 trick in Möbius form turned into a form of controlled string chaos.
Leaf by CLYW was used.

I bought this on a recommendation from y’all and now I’m addicted…If one is good, then more must be better! Looking for recommendations for small premium throws 🥴
Wanted to share more “before work” 0a action, continuing the fun with what’s basically become my edc… Living up to its name, the Everyday.
I am just three episodes in, but this podcast is incredible - the stories are fascinating and the host is such an engaging and gifted story teller. I just finished episode three and I already know that I will be recommending it as a listen to multiple people in my life, for a variety of reasons - there’s so much to learn from it, and so much to emotion and feeling behind the story, pure triumph of the human spirit.
Now, onto episode 4! There are only six available so a part of me wants to ration them out, but I suspect I will fail 😂
I just discovered Love Trapped, and it set its hook and I couldn’t stop listening - it just got crazier and crazier. What are other podcasts that gave you that feeling?
I’m down for individual episodes, or long-form story seasons.
Thank you!
It doesn’t make any sense that Rogan has the most popular podcast ever when he never has any notable people on (with some exceptions of course like Trump and Elon Musk, but usually no), talks about niche topics like MMA and UFOS most of the time, and appeals to one demographic, young men.
Great storytelling, wholesome stories that will keep you at the edge of your sit.
It’s one man interviewing someone who has something to share about their family history.
Started yesterday and I don’t know how this isn’t reccomended more, it’s really lovely.
Would love to hear what podcasts you listen to that feel wholesome and reminiscent of real life.
I need a break from content where the people are putting on fake voices, trying to sound super enthusiastic, or sensationalizing things.
My friend just started this one and I liked the episode with the Female Baseball Coach. Interested in more friendly conversations that feel like the real world.
I really enjoyed Anthrax Killer, Bad Bets - Enron, any suggestions / recommendations for similar podcasts?
Lot of my crime searches come up with podcasts about murder or kids stolen etc and other gruesome things.
I am fairly new to podcasts and have enjoyed listening on long drives.
thanks in advance for your suggestions!
I’m looking for books that genuinely changed the way you see the world.
Not necessarily your favorite book, but one that fundamentally shifted your perspective on life, death, people, meaning, happiness, society, or yourself.
What book was it, and how did it change the way you think?
I’m especially interested in philosophical, existential, or psychologically insightful, fiction or not, but I’m open to any genre if it had a lasting impact on you.
You know what I’m talking about- that intense desire to continue, never want to stop, and, if you have to stop, all you can think about is the next time- kind of book.
Our brains often better solidify memories when there are emotional ties. There’s an art to writing something others can learn from in a way that also sparks passion and intrigue.
What are some books like this?
Hello everyone,
I’m looking for books with no mention of pregnancies, babies or baby loss, kids death or fertility struggles.
Can be romance, fantasy, thriller, mystery or anything really.
Thank you!
Look, my favourite author is Borges. I read a lot of poetry, nonfiction, etc. But I also have Ace Combat as my favourite video game series, I like cool military stuff and since Clancy died i kind of wondered, are there any modern authors that write about tacticool stuff that’s also a fun read? And I know this is going to be a gigantic ask along with this genre, but if it could not be extremely right wing that would be nice too.
My 12 year old has read something like 50 books this year. He’s a fast reader, and loves scary horror type stories, but there’s been nothing in the middle grade books that’s really satisfying him. I gave him Wolf Worm by T Kingfisher and he loved it. Then finally, after much interest from him and much research from me, I gave him The Institute by Stephen King. He said it was his favourite book he’s ever read. Still didn’t scare him at all though.
Since then we have been on the hunt for more adult level books for him, maybe similar to The Institute or even grim dark fantasy. It’s been difficult because so many of Stephen King books have really problematic content or things that are way too mature for him. I do plan on getting the other T Kingfisher horror books for him, but I would like to find longer books that he can’t read in two days. The Institute took him a week and that was much better since he wasn’t needing new books immediately after finding one!
Obligatory I AM SAFE. I struggle with chronic SI and would like a healthy outlet. It would be great if the MC also deals with dissociation and/or unhealthy coping mechanisms. Honestly, the angsty-er, the better.
I’ve read The Bell Jar, A Little Life, No Longer Human, and some others that are similar to those.
I would prefer no romance, but if the book is very good, I can get around that preference.
I want a game that has the power to consume me! The kind you think about constantly when you’re not playing it, and the kind that makes days disappear and eats up all the free time you have. The kind when you know you should’ve gone to bed hours ago, but you can’t stop and don’t care
When I say “lately” that doesnt mean it has to be a new game, but Im just thinking about recent years and not necessarily all time. Regardless, Im looking to find a game that will really hook me, cause I havent had one like that in quite a while.
I appreciate all suggestions!
As title suggests, looking for open world games that feel alive and has activities to do, you can interact with NPCs and do stuff that are not related to just doing main story.
Recently finished CP2077 and the world, as pretty as it was, felt empty of any interaction or activity. NPCs are just there to fill the space rather than fill it with life, if you know what I mean.
EDIT: I want to thank everyone for suggestions and especially people who recommended KCD. I went ahead and tried KCD 1 and as janky as it still feels with regards to combat, the story and the setting and the lively world is captivating. I’ve been into it for 10 hours and this is the one I’m gonna see through to the end I feel.
And if anyone was ever on the fence to try it, I definitely recommend it. Lots to do, pretty fun and feels like medieval sim. Not perfect and pretty slow game, but for 6 eur, worth every penny.
Imagine your typical RPG. You do your starting quests, finish the tutorial, the usual. Then your character’s village gets attacked by the final boss of the game and you have to fight him, but it’s a scripted loss because you’re not strong enough to beat him. So you keep playing the game, reach the final boss, defeat him, game ends.
Then you start NG+ and you still have all the same stats you had when you beat the game, so when the final boss attacks the village you can defeat him. But because this pivotal character is no longer around, the story can’t progress the same way it did originally, so things have to drastically change.
Do you know of any games that are like that?
(It doesn’t have to be an RPG, that was just an example.)
I mostly play multiplayer games solo.
Not because I want to team up. Because I love what other players add to the world. Dynamic economies, people doing their own thing, and a world that feels alive instead of revolving around me. Real players make the best NPCs. I also love the emergent gameplay that comes from systems interacting in ways the developers didn’t explicitly script.
But between cheating and RMT, multiplayer games eventually get pretty demoralizing.
What are the best single player games that simulate a living world well enough that you don’t miss other players?
I’ve got STALKER (A-Life) and Kenshi on my list. What else should I check out?
Looking for a game where you slowly learn bits and pieces about the world until you get hit with a truth nuke that recontextualizes everything. Like Horizon Zero Dawn and Outer Wilds (or Attack On Titan and Mistborn, for examples from other mediums). I find this style of worldbuilding insanely satisfying when it’s done well.
Games that are truly unique, bizarre, and do something different. They may be good or bad in quality, but they are undeniably memorable.
Deadly Premonition
Wanted Dead
Unbeatable
Catherine
Rusted Moss
Clash Artifacts of Chaos

To list a few examples of games I LOVE and what I’m looking for. These are games that truly do something different, with a clear vision. It’s the games that make me feel something. I wanna feel something.
After switching from Android, one feature I missed way more than I expected was clipboard history.
So… instead of complaining about it, I spent way too much time wrestling with Shortcuts and ended up building my own. 😅
👆 Double Back Tap saves whatever is currently on the clipboard.
📄 Appends it to a Clipboard.txt file in iCloud Drive.
📋 A second shortcut lets me browse my clipboard history and copy any previous item back.
🌅 A daily automation clears the history every morning at 6 AM, so it’s always just today’s clipboard.
I know it isn’t as seamless as Android since iOS doesn’t allow automations to trigger when the clipboard changes, but it’s been surprisingly useful so far.
I’ve shared all the shortcuts below if anyone wants to try them or improve them:
Download the three shortcuts below.
Run Save Clipboard once. It will automatically create Clipboard.txt in your iCloud Drive (if it doesn’t already …
Quick recap for anyone who missed the teaser from the other day: I was missing Pixel’s At a Glance widget after using one, so I built my own version in Scriptable. It’s not static, it reacts to what’s actually happening:
🌩️ Severe weather warnings jump to the front when one’s active
📅 Upcoming calendar events get a live countdown, with a travel time estimate if you’re cutting it close
📍 “Welcome to [PLACE]!” the moment you arrive somewhere on your calendar
🔋 Low battery heads up
🌡️ Air quality, UV, and big temperature swing alerts
📈 An after hours stock recap for your watchlist
🎂 Birthdays, reminders due today, and holidays, quietly surfaced instead of buried in other apps
🌙 A minimal dark “Wind Down” screen at night, and it now uses whatever the actual weather is instead of a generic icon
A few things came together since the teaser that I think are worth calling out:
A transparent background option. It’ll crop and …
Basically it just counts the minutes via a notification for as long as I have each social media app open.

• Interactive Dashboard Refresh
Because of iOS Shortcuts limitations, the dashboard can’t be refreshed with a normal tap.
To refresh the dashboard, press and hold the highlighted “Refresh” text, tap Copy, then close the Dashboard. The shortcut will detect the copied “Refresh” command and automatically reload the dashboard.
• Added a refresh update indicator when refreshing the dashboard.
• Moved the Bluetooth connected device information closer to the top of the dashboard.
(If the name is too long, tapping it will display the full name).
• Visual update to the top section of the page for a clearer and more organized display.
And more details in dashboard.

Thanks for your feedbacks — it helps improve This Shortcut with every update ❤️
It works like a charm. the shortcut is triggered by an NFC tag on my headboard. It gets the next 3 calendar events and lets you choose which event to wake up for.
(Great for college students who don’t always attend club meetings or classes)
Then it gives a list of options for morning prep and calculates and sets an alarm based on your selections. simple and very customizable and saves me from doing math right before bed which was the goal

When I had a Pixel phone to mess with I really enjoyed the At a Glance widget due to it proactively showing me information that is relevant. I am actively building my own with the Scriptable app. It’s not a static widget, it actually changes what it shows based on what’s happening:

🌙 A minimal dark “Wind Down” screen at night instead of full info density
So far I’ve built this with multiple customizeable settings that the user can change. It also hooks into iOS Shortcuts for …
